Dear Students,
Please follow the guideline below carefully when taking your portrait photo.
Due to the high volumes of submissions received we cannot Photoshop or edit photos to remove backgrounds or do any corrections, your photo will therefore only be cropped and placed in the group photo as received.
Photos uploaded must be in JPEG format.
DO NOT crop your photo, we will crop it as part of the layout and design.
- Please dress formal and neat.
- Ask another person to take your photo.
- Do NOT take a “selfie”.
- Please SMILE friendly.
- Take the photo in portrait mode, this means the camera must be in a upright position, and not sideways.
- Take the photo in a well lit area, your face must be well lit and the photo taken against a white wall.
- Take the photo up close, we only want a head and shoulder photo please.
- Please take a look at the samples below, it clearly illustrate what is acceptable and what not.
- Please remember to rename your photo with your name and surname or ID number.
