The completed form needs to accompany the photo which you can upload to the online platform we have created by visiting the “Submission Form” page link on the photo initiative page for your university.

Please be assured that this form is completely FREE and does not tie you down to any contract with PPS. It is purely for marketing purposes of sponsoring the photograph for all of you.

You will never be obligated to join or spend any money, unless you wish to do so in future.

Please ensure that you sign the application form digitally if you complete it electronically. Application forms that are not signed cannot be processed and will be returned for signature.
